DPC in English or Mandarin · Diamond Bar
You’d like time with a doctor who knows you.

Maybe you’ve waited for the appointment. Then the referral. Then the insurance approval. When you finally get in, there’s a lot to explain and not much time. You get home with another report or another recommendation, but you’re still wondering what it means for you.
Or you’re seeing several specialists. Each visit covers a different piece, and you’re trying to keep track of the medicines, the tests, and what still needs follow-up. You wish you had someone to sit down with and look at it all together.
You may be worried about your health, or simply want to think ahead. You want to understand your risks and talk about food, sleep, exercise and stress, as well as medicines. You’re curious about supplements or other approaches you’ve heard about. You’d like a doctor who takes those questions seriously and helps you look at the evidence, what’s still uncertain, and whether an option could cause harm or interfere with your current treatment.
The hope for this clinic is to build relationships that can last, with time to get to know each other and keep figuring things out together. It’s a blessing from God to serve people this way. Whatever your beliefs, you’re welcome.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a monthly membership paid directly to the practice for the physician consultations and follow-ups we agree on.
Care is grounded in the love of Jesus and the leading of the Holy Spirit. The vision is Kingdom Healthcare: whole-person care, attentive to God’s presence. If you’d like us to pray together, just ask. Prayer and spiritual conversation are your choice, never a condition of care.
You may already have a PCP you trust and still want more time to talk things through. We can review reports and medicines, discuss a specialist’s advice or an approach you’ve read about, and return to questions that need another conversation. With your permission, I can also coordinate with your other clinicians.
You can keep your current PCP and insurance. If you’d like me to be your primary physician, we can discuss whether that fits your needs.
As a member, you can call or text me directly between visits. We’ll agree on availability and how to get help at other times before you join; replies may take time.
Your first membership visit has an hour reserved, and standard scheduled follow-ups are at least 30 minutes. A brief call or message between visits can take less time.
If you suddenly feel unwell, we’ll usually start by phone or video when appropriate. Some concerns need an examination or prompt local care; remote care also depends on your location.
If I’m available and it makes sense for your care, I’ll try to arrange a house call with you. We’d agree on the arrangements first; I can’t promise one for every member.
For a medical emergency, call 911. Don’t wait for a text, call or email reply.
Membership, made clear
The $109 monthly adult plan includes unlimited membership visits within our agreed care and scheduling arrangements, with no separate fee for those visits. Membership is not insurance; enrollment and outside costs are separate.
For ages 12 and up.
One-time enrollment: $100 per person, plus monthly membership.
For the $109 adult plan: $209 in the first month, then $109/month.
Family members who join at the same time and attend their first appointment together share one $100 enrollment fee in total. Monthly fees apply to each person.
Membership is not insurance. Labs, imaging, medicines, supplements, specialists, hospital and emergency care cost extra.
The enrollment fee covers the administrative work of setting up your patient file.
I don’t add a profit margin to lab orders or supplements. I’ll help you compare available insurance, pharmacy and self-pay options before you decide.
Getting started
This clinic is for people who want a doctor to get to know them and stay involved over time. The monthly membership is meant to keep that relationship going. If you’re looking for a single consultation, a practice that offers individual visits may be a better fit.
Tell me your name, the best number to reach you, and, in a few words, what you feel is missing in your care and how you hope I can help. I’ll call you back so we can get to know each other and discuss whether ongoing care would fit. Please keep your first message general; leave out medical details and records.
No account or membership signup is needed before we connect. You can text directly or use this optional message helper.

For a medical emergency, call 911. Don’t wait for a text, call or email reply.
After your text, I’ll call you back so we can get to know each other and discuss whether ongoing care fits. The free 15-minute introduction is separate from your first membership visit.
An introduction request or conversation doesn’t enroll you as a member. If you’re invited to join, formal enrollment is a separate step; you can’t enroll directly on this website.
After you join, your first membership visit has an hour reserved.
I’m at the office only for scheduled visits. Please arrange and confirm an appointment before coming; walk-ins aren’t available.
